MOVABLE CLASSIFIER AND SEED CLEANER MODEL MB15-1200 DOUBLE SEPARATOR

This machine is prepared for the highest performance and the quality of the treated seeds. It can work with four systems:
ASPIRATION AND SIFTER.

ASPIRATION, SIFTER AND DISKS
ASPIRATION, SIFTER, DISKS AND SIFTING.

Its time capacity of work changes considerably, depending on the seed’s conditions, it could be from 4000 to 5000 Kg/hour.

Any of the elements that composed this machine are: A sinfin which feeds the machine- a sinfin which scatter grains- a receiver hopper with three aspiration channels of inclined plane, which allows a longer contact between seeds and air to leave them free of impurities- A drawer with three sifters of 1×2 meters, with three kits of swinging brushes which allows to maintain the sifter clean during all the process- elevation noria for the second hopper of reception and aspiration- aspiration or reception hopper of the same characteristics.

Horizontal sinfin with locking to feed both, the box of disks or the sifting- Box of 32 alveolade disks of 25” which separate seeds or desirable bodies by size, with a return sinfin- A sifting with changeable sifters who allows three different classifications- Kits of brushes for the sifter cleaning- Imburser sinfin with seeds curing process.

All this elements perfectly harmonic and manufactured with first quality materials is assembled over a chassis with four wheels in which back are duals.
